This pillow is great. I bought another cheaper one first from another company but it stunk of toxic chemicals. This one is much better quality. It’s more firm than i expected, but I got used to it - and it’s much cooler than sleeping with a normal pillow between my knees. I definitely recommend it.

The knee pillow is a winner. Great at preventing knee pain at night when one knee rests on the other and also prevents lower back pain from twisting in sleep. It fits perfectly, doesn't get hot and stays put and if it does shift, is very easy to replace. I use it every night without fail.

I found it was to high and hard for me. I am going back to using it and seeing if I can use it. I become very uncomfortable after 5 minutes. I have been thinking of cutting it down. Haven't done it yet perhaps I am a bit scared of destroying the pillow. I will continue to try.

So very good for the hypermobility of my pelvis, including SI joints.
I’m a side sleeper and had been lying in recovery position with my lower knee high up towards my chest. I use only one pillow, above my knees , which remains in place all night, and allows me to maintain my knees together and legs fairly straight. I have less pelvic pain now. I am sensitive to heat, however find the pillow remains at body temperature.

I have unstable S.I. Joints and find keeping my legs close to each other when in bed keeps the joints better than if I sprawl out in the recovery position. I’ve tried other pillows unsuccessfully because they lose position. This pillow is great. It sits comfortably and is still in place ( above my knees) in the morning despite me tossing and turning. Amazing!

The pillow does stop hip and back pain.
You have to get use to a new friend between your legs but after a while the waking up painless makes it worth while.
I bought 2 models to try and for the wife to try I prefer the white full piece model as it is slightly harder and retains its shape.
I use my pillow regularly my wife not as much but they are a practical pillows.

I’ve been suffering with a bulging disc for 4 weeks and the knee pillows have been an amazing help finding a comfortable sleeping position at night. Highly recommend using two at the same time. I will continue to use even once the disc pain subsides as a regular sleeping aid.

I love that my knee pillow is small and compact and doesn't 'bump' into hubby every time I turn, I slept comfortably with it from the first night. It's supposed to be 'cooling memory foam', not too sure when that sensation will kick in. Otherwise, I will happily take it travelling with me because of it's easy size.

I love this pillow. Unlike the various cushions I've used for the last few years, this pillow stays firm, doesn't slip out from between my legs at night, and is just the right size and shape (ie it doesn't have edges that catch on my sheets, which then dislodge it). My lower back is very happy that I've switched to this pillow!

Like it Comfortable to sleep with at start of night then during night I actually remove it. I find it better with the 1 than 2 but maybe as its summer does get hot also. Some nights I use it other nights forget but is good and comfortable and helps your back
