Takes a little bit of time to become accustomed to a pillow between your knees, but definately helps align hips and back to reduce stress, and keeps my nether regions aerated and decompressed and ready to go, should the ladies make demands.

Delivery was prompt, so can recommend the vendor on that front. As for effectiveness, I am getting over a lower back/hip issue, which is taking its time. The knee pillow is fine, but I have no way of attributing improvement to the pillow or to the physio, anti-inflammatories, remedial exercises, or simply time. But it's comfortable and does the job of altering posture while sleeping on one's side.

I have been dealing with a herniated L4+L5 causing excruciating sciatic pain (if you know, you know) for the last 18 months and have been having terrible sleeps. I had been using a normal pillow between my legs for side sleeping but was finding it either too hot or the fluff in the pillow would shift (making it pretty much ineffective), so I looked into the knee pillow and it’s pretty much perfect for side sleeping without the hassle.
It’s definitely helped relieve pressure off my lower back. I find placing it higher (upper-quad/thigh) it provides better relief than further down near the knee. I don’t use the elastic strap much as I don’t lie on my side all night but good to have on the odd occasion.
All in all - does the job, doesn’t make you hot and can confidently say it provides decent relief. Worth the money.

This pillow is far more convenient than using an every day pillow for the same purpose as it is not as bulky in the bed and has a firmer consistency. The only suggestion I would make would be to make the strap that holds it onto your leg be detachable from one side . It would be more preferable to me than to slide it over the foot and up and down the leg. Might be a bit challenging for a person who is not very mobile or agile. But the pillow itself is a comfortable fit.

Having endured months of sleepless nights and an aching back, coupled with SIJ and hip problems due to bursitis and tendonopathy on my left side I started searching for anything that would help.
I was sick of putting a pillow between my legs and fiddling around in the dark re-arranging it when I moved in my sleep.
This product is comfortable and just the right size. I don't feel the elasticised strap on my thigh to keep it in place, and I can unzip the cover to wash it when needed.

I was sceptical in purchasing a knee pillow with the amount of pain I'm in each and every night. I suffer from sciatica, bulging discs and compressed vertebrae among other joint pain down near my knees from sports injuries.
I didn't think something like this would even come close to working, But was I wrong.
The relief was almost instant. I have now owned this pillow for a few months and use it every single night.
It's comfortable to 'wear' and the strap that holds the pillow in place is very stretchy, even for myself that has large thighs.
The pillow stays cool and also has a removable cover to get washed.
I even take this pillow with me while travelling.

I've been waking up with a bad back and massive headaches lately and have been constantly starting my day taking strong painkillers to alleviate my pain. I've even been tempted to buy a new mattress, - a costly exercise, especially as my husband finds it extremely comfortable. (It's a memory foam one and was very expensive). After doing a bit of research online, I came across your knee pillow. Since using it I've never woken up with a headache, my back pain has reduced considerably and I haven't taken pain killers since using it. The only downside is that it slips around my leg through the night and I have to readjust it every now and then, - a small price to pay for a painless sleep. I would definitely recommend this knee pillow to anyone with sciatica, or who has trouble sleeping due to a bad back. It keeps my spine in alignment which I now realise was the cause of my pain.

I love this knee pillow. It has a strap so it stays in place throughout the night.

I would have preferred a washable cover. I’m a hygiene freak so I use a pillowcase which means I’m unable to hold the pillow in place. However, I do get some relief from the cushion - yes, it definitely helps.

What a find! I have been a side sleeper my whole life and used a pillow in front of my knee and belly for years. This sleep position with my knee draped over the pillow has caused an ongoing problem with twisting my hips and sacral area. This has recently developed Into sciatic pain. The knee pillow helps relieve the pain for a good sleep.and also puts my hips and spine into a healthy position. The elastic, and colour heart shape are so comfortable when tossing side to side. The most tangible example of the benefit I am getting from the use of my knee pillow is that when I would get up in the morning and try to put on socks or shoes while standing I experienced significant tightness in my hip area - my flexibility was not good. Now I truely have none of that - that tightness/stiffness has virtually gone - I totally credit the knee pillow for this.

This is a fantastic product- very comfortable to use. I was previously using a pillow which was cumbersome and made it difficult to move from one side to the other. This product is small enough that movement is easier but it still gives me the right amount of support so I don’t wake up with hip pain from the bursitis I have been diagnosed with. The Heart Shaped Memory Foam Knee Pillow is very supportive and has helped my sleeping greatly. It also makes lying on the sofa watching TV much more comfortable. The added leg strap is ideal as the pillow doesn't get lost at the bottom of the bed. It's great value - I highly recommend buying one if you suffer from sciatica like I do.

I am so glad that I purchased this knee pillow as it has made such a dramatic difference to how much sleep I am getting. It didn't take any time to get used to it as it is obviously designed so well. I was taking panadol with coedine at bed time and again after 6 hours but have been able to reduce the 2nd dose down to just panadol osteo. Less drugs is good and less pain is awesome and a better nights sleep is even better. Wish I had bought this simple and cheap pillow many years ago as it is even more effective for me than cortisone injections!

It's very soft and comfortable. During the night I call roll over without losing this pillow, it didn't take up anywhere near as much space as having a full sized pillow between my legs. My partner is glad to not wake up with a pillow discarded in the middle of the bed haha!
